Its official!

I spent last weekend in Mexico, staking out the house and checking the orientation. It doesn't look like much, but this is a huge milestone for us! Construction has began. We moved the camper off to the side to make room. The next day the crew showed up and started the foundation work. At some point, they'll back fill the entire lot with about 3 feet of dirt to get it above the flood plane.
